Hi I'm Katie
Professional bookkeeper and founder of Radical Bookkeeping LLC. I am a certified Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor specializing in private health practices. Before stepping into the financial side of business, I worked as an ultrasound technician, giving me firsthand experience inside medical environments. I understand the fast pace, patient care priorities, and documentation standards that shape your day-to-day operations.
Running a private health practice requires more than clinical expertise — it demands financial clarity, regulatory awareness, and time -that you often simply don’t have to spare. My background allows me to support your practice differently than a traditional bookkeeper and my goal is to bring financial clarity to your practice so you can focus fully on patient care.
Some behind the scenes: I'm a digital nomad, currently splitting my time between the US and Costa Rica. I love warm weather and the outdoors so when I'm not behind my laptop you'll likely find me at the beach or out on a lake.
